New Moon

Throughout my life, I have been drawn to the brilliance of the full moon. It is almost impossible not to study it, once I’ve caught a glimpse of it. On more than one occasion, I’ve stayed up late and positioned myself just right to catch sight of a special Harvest Moon, Strawberry Moon, etc.

Only recently have I become equally drawn to the new moon - that period of dark stillness that is reliably part of the moon’s cycle. Curious about it, I looked up the significance of this time in the moon’s cycle and learned that some view it as a time of introspection, reflection, letting go, and visioning for the future. It’s a time of stillness and pause that allows for connecting with new possibilities, potential and hope.

When I think about what I want you to experience through personal coaching or mind-body education, the new moon is a perfect symbol. My goal is to cultivate a space in which you can slow down, reflect, connect with your deep inner knowing and bring to the surface the possibilities and hope that too often get pushed down by the business and demands of day to day life. My goal is to gift you with new-moon-moments that allow clarity and wellbeing to surface.
